Exhibits

Set-up time begins at 7:00 a.m.  There is a loading dock with security guards available to provide directions. Twenty (20) covered and skirted tables are available. Exhibitors may provide their own fireproof draping material. The exhibit rental fee includes chairs, but not individual waste receptacles or other amenities. Exhibits are located in an open pre-function area directly in front of the ballroom entrance. Organizations may send two exhibit staff members with paid exhibit registration. NECME reserves the right to make the final determination of all table assignments in the best interest of the conference exhibits; however, every effort will be made to accommodate space allocations according to the preferences of exhibitors.

Please note: exhibitors may not assign, sublet, or share table assignment(s) with any other organization without the written consent of NECME. Exhibitors must utilize the space assigned and MAY NOT change locations. Due to limited exhibit tables, preference may be given to past exhibitors, established educational publishers, and local artists and craftspeople from New England.

Any electrical or audio-visual needs should be directed to Convention Center A/V services at www3.avservicescorp.com/onsite/ConnecticutConventionCenter.
You may also call 860-948-1961.

Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. The official program is from 8:15 am until 5 pm. Expectations are for 800+ to attend this portion.  Exhibitors may close up to 5:00 pm. Banquet meals are not available to Exhibitors at their booths. There is a coffee shop in the Convention Center and adjacent hotel that sells sandwiches and salads plus restaurants within walking distance.

Notice: NECME is an educational conference that only accepts exhibitors and advertisers that have a clear focus on the goals and philosophy of multicultural education, i.e. the elimination of bias and discrimination in schools and society; and the pursuit of teaching and learning strategies that lead to high standards of achievement for all students.
